Comfortable Lounge Area for an Office in Oulu
The construction company Anrak OY was working on space organization in one of the new offices in Oulu. The task was to create a cozy yet functional lounge area. To solve this challenge, the company turned to us as experts in transformable space solutions.
We proposed installing a PARADE folding wall by the Dutch company PARTHOS. Since the room’s walls were dark in color, the designers opted for a light finish with natural birch veneer panels. The folding wall divides the space into a work area and a lounge zone. Thanks to its unique design, the wall fits tightly into the opening, blocking sounds and odors. At the same time, its convenient roller system allows the folding wall to be effortlessly pushed aside in just a few seconds, merging the two spaces.
The project was completed on time as a turnkey solution, including installation and thorough post-installation cleaning. The dimensions of the folding wall are 4,510 mm (width) × 2,300 mm (height), with a 37 dB sound insulation rating. We are pleased with the collaboration with the construction company and wish the office staff comfortable and convenient use of the PARADE folding wall.
