Movable Wall in Hanko Library

The Hanko Library has recently received a unique upgrade with the installation of the OPTIMAL movable wall system— a project that stands out due to its technical complexity and innovative design.
The new movable wall was also designed to function as a gallery exhibition module, allowing the library to display paintings and artworks directly on the wall panels. To support this concept, an additional suspended picture hanging system was integrated into the panels.
A special focus was placed on the door element, which was engineered in a non-standard way. The goal was to reduce the width of the door panel and ensure that all panels could be neatly stored inside the niche, maximizing space efficiency and improving the overall visual appearance.
